DE Shaw & Co Interview Experience

Round 1: 1st round is online round with 41 questions 20-technical 20-non technical and 1-coding,, technical questions where much easier than non-technical and coding. in 1st round out of 150, 8 got shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2: 2nd round is HR round, faced new question haven’t heard before,

1. Given coordinates of 2 rectangle check intersecting or not?

2. Given two string check whether the string 2 is the rotation of string 1?

I was asked to write a pseudocode for the questions…
