Cray Interview Experience

Round 1:This round was online test from codeground.in and it includes 4 different sections

1. Aptitude ( 15 questions, 15 minutes )
2. Verbal  (5 questions, 10 minutes, it includes voice listening test)
3. Technical( 7 questions, 7 minutes)
4. Coding (7 questions, one and half hour) questions related to arrays, strings, bits, greedy algorithms, sorting and for two questions code will be given, we have to correct the code for optimised solutions to achieve the same task.

Information: This is on-campus at Amrita University.After this test only 10 students selected 7 from M.Tech and 3 from B.Tech.

Tip: Prepare for GATE syllabus, along with lots of practice in coding. Use the websites like Geeks for Geeks, Hacker Rank, Hacker Earth, IDeserve

Round 2:This is on office Face to Face interview for shortlisted students these are the following questions

1. detecting cycle in the middle of the link list.
2. set k bits for the given position p for the binary bits b.
3. difference between static library vs dynamic library.
4. difference between R vs Python which is more efficient.

Round 3:This is also face to face interview they asked questions on OS, how program compiles and executes in hardware, linkers, loaders, one greedy problem to solve using c, Direct Memory Access,

Information: After this they selected only 2 students.
