CharsetEncoder malformedInputAction() method in Java with Examples

The malformedInputAction() method is a built-in method of the java.nio.charset.CharsetEncoder returns this encoder’s current action for malformed-input errors. The CodingErrorAction thus returned are of three types IGNORE, REPLACE and REPORT.

Syntax:

public CodingErrorAction malformedInputAction()

Parameters: The function does not accepts any parameter.

Return Value: The function returns the current malformed-input action, which is never null.

import java.nio.charset.Charset;
import java.nio.charset.CharsetEncoder;
