Capgemini Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Capgemini visited our college for hire. It offered two different profile

The first round was an online test that consists of.

  1. Pseudocode round(25 questions -25 minutes)
  2. English(30 questions – 30 minutes)
  3. Game-based aptitude test (4 games)
  4. Psychometric test (100 questions)

And 1 additional coding round for 2nd profile. Students who qualified the online test had 2 interview rounds (technical and hr). The interview was held on a superset

Technical interview: My technical interview was held for 20 minutes

  1. Say about yourself
  2. Say about your projects followed by project-related questions
  3. What are DBMS and the difference between DML and DDL commands
  4. What is API

The technical interview was over, and he asked me if I had any questions to ask him



HR Interview: My HR interview was held for 20 minutes.

  1. Say about yourself
  2. Tell about your family background
  3. What are your strengths and weakness
  4. Describe yourself in one word
  5. Who is your role model?
  6. Why Capgemini?
  7. Will you be able to relocate and work in shifts.

 All the rounds got over by the time
