Capgemini Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

Capgemini visited our campus at the start of September and conducted its PPT. My friends and I went through the process of Capgemini. I would tell you about my experience with the process of Capgemini.

Round – 1(Written Test): The written test was conducted in the AMCAT assessment tool which was provided by the superset platform. This round consists of 4 sections and every section in this round is an elimination round.

• Section – 1 (Pseudo Code Section): This section comprises 25 MCQ’s which include the basic pseudocode questions and data structures-related questions. The duration of this section is 25 min. And if you have cleared the cutoff required by them, then only you can attempt the verbal section in the written test.
• Section – 2 (Verbal Ability Section): This section comprises 30 MCQ’s which include comprehensions, closets, and related to speech mostly. The duration of this section is 30 min. And if you have cleared the cutoff required by them, then only you can attempt the gaming section in the written test.
• Section – 3 (Gaming Section): This section comprises four games randomly out of 24 games. I was given the below games to solve:
  • Switch challenge
  • Digit challenge
  • Motion challenge
  • Grid challenge.

The maximum duration for this section is 22-24 minutes. We have to clear the minimum levels of each game to get selected in this round. After this round, students were shortlisted for two different assessments. One was for the communication round + coding round. I was shortlisted for the communication round only. 

Round – 2(Communication Round): The communication round is not an elimination round. It is just for checking the student’s reading, listening, and comprehension skills. This round is easy to moderate level. The results rolled out for the communication round, and I was shortlisted for the interview.

Round – 3(Technical + HR Interview): This is the final round in the Capgemini recruitment process. I joined the interview call at the assigned slot time. The interviewer came and he asked me first to introduce myself and then he asked me to write the code for checking whether a given number or string is palindrome or not. I wrote the code and explained it to him. He was pretty satisfied with my answer and then he asked me to drop off the call and wait for the results. 

After 1 week, the results came out and I got selected by Capgemini.
