Capgemini Interview Experience for Senior Analyst | On-Campus 2021

This was an on-campus opportunity that was conducted on 8 Sept 2021. The selection process consisted of 2 rounds.

Round 1: It consisted of 3 sections (Not elimination Round).

Coding Section: It consisted of 3 coding questions. Everyone got a different coding question.

1. Find all possible subsets of the following string. The output format was in such a way that it can only be solved in python easily with minimum lines of code. (5 points )
2. find the kth of a^b . The input consisted of a,b, and k.(2 points)
3. Last Question I don’t remember but it was an easy question. Just basic knowledge of coding was required.

Note: Brute force algorithms also worked fine for all questions.

English Test: It consisted of 30 questions for 30 min. Just school-level English was required to solve all questions.

• fact, inference, judgment type questions

Game-Based Aptitude:

• put a ball in a hole by shifting objects
• completing a grid of 4*4 or 5*5 matrix with given symbols
• find pattern
• dot game which tests memorizing skill

Round 2: This round happened after 10 days. Out of 56 students, 17 were shortlisted. The interview happened only for 15 mins on the superset platform.

• Tell me about yourself
• explained about projects
• what is data entropy?
• how will you choose the columns to use for predictions in a given dataset?
• what is DBScan algo?
• will you want to work in any specific field within the company?
• what problems did you face while doing the project?

At last, only 9 candidates were selected by god’s grace I was among them.
