Bosch Global Software Technologies Interview Experience

Bosch Global Software Technologies’ hiring process for freshers consists of an Aptitude test and 1 coding question. After the clearance of aptitude and coding, you get shortlisted for an Interview. The aptitude test consists of basic level aptitude question and coding question differs from person to person. Someone might have basic-level coding questions whereas others may have a hard-level problem. You have to be ready for any type of coding problem.

After getting shortlisted for interviews, Interviews are majorly focused on Projects you have done so far and coding problems. These two sections carry very much weightage during the interview. Be ready with all things you have done in your project and your role in the project. Based on your role there will be a lot of questions that which interviewer is gonna ask you.

Coding problems asked during interviews are not that hard but yes you need to have basic coding skills so that you can solve that particular problem. 5-6 coding problems can be asked of any candidate during the interview. Sometimes, some interviewers don’t go for coding questions (It purely depends on your luck). But be ready for coding problems and based on your solutions to coding problems, a package will be offered to you.

DSA, OOP, and DBMS are the core subjects which there will be the focus of the interviewer. So, prepare well for them. And if you have any internship mentioned in the resume then questions based upon Internship will be asked to you for sure. 

And last but not least, don’t get panicked during the interview. Keep calm and don’t answer in rush, Take your time and then only answer. Have that self-confidence in yourself such that even if you are answering wrong, it will be considered the correct one. Because interviews are also conducted to check your self-belief.
