BNYM Interview Experience (On-Campus)

First round: It was Coding round.There were 4 questions.One easy,two medium and one hard level.Everyone got different sets.I solved one easy and hard question completely and half of one medium question.25 students were selected in next round in which I was there.

Second round: It was again Data Structures round.The interviewer asked me about my favorite data structures.I said graphs.Then he asked me BFS question and asked to code and run on compiler.I told him my approach and coded in less time and got its output.Then as I had mentioned Competitive  Coding in my resume, he asked me about concepts of Segment Trees and Fenwick trees.I told Segment Tree but havent read about Fenwick trees.Then he asked how we solve overflow cases in Binary search.He asked me whether I have come across infinite cases in Binary Search.I basically did not understood his question very well.I said No.Then he asked some OOPs,SQL questions.

In this round, I was selected.

Third round : This was pure resume based round.I had mostly IOT and ECE related projects in my resume.The interviewer asked me What is IOT?Then she asked about my DataBase Project which was in SQL.The interviewer was expecting more on project side as they were very basic projects.In the end she gave me a DSA question to solve which I solved but she was not interested much as this was resume based round.

So I was not selected after this round.
