Bharat Electronics Limited Interview Experience for Software Engineer Trainee

I appeared for the Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)Software Engineer Trainee interview in November 2020 and after few months in February 2021, I got the offer letter.

They will provide you their own BEL video conferencing link within 30 days with time and date. You have to appear in a formal dress that looks professional.

Don’t have to have any fear about of interview or confusion about yourself. Just be relaxed and comfortable.

They asked me just 4 basic questions:

1. Introduce YourSelf

   As I was a Computer Science Graduate the same year. I don’t have much to say so I just tell them about my name, where I am from about my academics, my achievements, and most important why I want to join BEL even if I am a fresher how I will be good for their organization.

2. What was your major project?

   I did an E-Learning website in my college as a major project that also selected for AICTE ChhatraVishwakarma to the regional level. I tell about the features of website and the technology stacks used to build the website. In my case, I use PHP my backend, and MySQL as DBMS.

3. How to establish a connection with DataBAse and fire a query?

   So this is a technical question I will not get you bored by explaining how to do that you can just see online resources.

4. Design an Algorithm to perform sorting in an Array if the array is almost sorted.

   Whenever an array is sorted the best algorithm is to perform sorting is Insertion Sort. I just explained that algorithm to them.
