The company’s software is embedded into commercial processes to analyze data and provide insights. The company is headquartered in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, and has additional locations in California, Arizona, Georgia, Virginia, and Ireland and development centers in Boston, Chicago, and Gurgaon, India.

Axtria was founded in 2010 by the brothers Jassi and Navi Chadha. Axtria is a global big data analytics company. Axtria SalesIQ™ was included in the Forbes’ list of 10 hottest sales tools at Dreamforce 2015. Axtria was Ranked #270th in North America on Deloitte’s 2017 Technology Fast 500TM. Recruitment Process:

Axtria conducts 3-4 rounds to select freshers as Analysts in their organization.

  • Online Round
  • Resume Discussion Round
  • Technical + HR Round

Academic Criteria:

  • 65 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
  • No backlogs at the time of the interview.

Online Round:

Axtria conducts the first round on some online platforms like cocubes which consists of 4 sections namely Verbal, Quantitative, Stats, and Coding sections. Coding sections consist of problems from cpp and SQL. Sometimes, they have a section that consists of problems related to Axtria.

Resume Discussion Round:

This round is purely resume-based and you can also expect some general HR questions like why axtria. You may be asked to puzzle in this round.

Tips: Most of the company’s clients are foreign-based, therefore, the company is too focused on communication skills. Try to explain the projects and other related things in the best possible way.

Technical + HR Round:

In this round, you can expect general discussion, questions from basic stats formulas like covariance, correlation, and linear regression(not necessary), permutation and combination, and probability questions. They also ask questions about resumes. You may be asked to puzzle in this round.

You can also expect general HR questions like:

  1. Tell me about Yourself
  2. Why Axtria?
  3. How do you see yourself after five years from now?
  4. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

NOTE: HR Round may be conducted separately.
