Its offerings include business support systems (BSS), operational support systems (OSS), open network solutions, Internet of Things, big data analytics, and entertainment and media solutions. The company was founded in 1988.

In 2017, Amdocs was ranked #1907 in the list of Forbes Global 2000 (World’s Biggest Public Companies), #426 America’s Best Employers. In 2012, Amdocs was ranked 12th in the list of the World’s 100 Best Outsourcing Providers across all industries.

Recruitment Process:

Amdocs conducts 3-4 rounds to select freshers as SDE in their organization.

  • Written Round
  • Technical Round 1
  • Technical Round 2
  • HR Round

Academic Criteria:

  • 60 percent or above in current course, graduation, Class X and XII.
  • No current backlogs
  • Good communication skills
  • Must not have appeared for Amdocs Recruitment process in any Campus/Off Campus process in last 1 year

Eligibility Streams:

  • BE – ECE, CSE & IT
  • ME – ECE (Wireless communication)
  • M.Tech. – CSE & IT
  • MCA

Written Round:

The Written round consists of four major sections namely Quantitative Aptitude, English Aptitude, technical test, and Coding Test. In a coding test, you can expect 2-3 problems. In technical tests, you can expect questions from Unix, SQL / plsql, operating systems, and C outputs.

Technical Rounds:

The students who clear the written round are called for a Technical Interview. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Networks, OOPs concepts, and a programming language of your choice. Students will be expected to write codes in the interview. They also ask questions about resumes. You may be asked puzzles in this round. To be prepared for puzzles you can practice from our Puzzles section. Sometimes, this round is technical plus HR round.

HR Round:

CEO round is also an HR round. Sometimes, the CEO round is either telephonic or on Skype.
