Amdocs Interview Experience

Round 1 (Online Test): The test was conducted on Hirepro platform and was proctored. This round had five sections, and each section had a specific time limit. we could not go back to the previous section.

1. Aptitude: 15 Questions in 20 minutes
2. Technical: 18 Questions in 20 minutes
3. Coding: 3 questions in 60 minutes
4. Verbal Ability: 10 questions in 10 minutes
5. CPP/JAVA Programming: 8 questions in 10 minutes

Round 2 (Psychometric Test): This was a 15-min test. 

Round 3 (Technical Interview):

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Projects and internship questions on them
3. What are the time complexity and space complexity of the different sorting algorithms?
4. What is Heap Sort (with code)
5. What are Static variables and static functions?
6. How is memory allocated dynamically?
7. Difference between new and malloc?
8. Explain all the OOPS concepts with real-life examples?
9. Difference between function overloading and function overriding?
10. Check which number is greater than A or B without using any operator
11. Divide a number by 8 without using the divide operator (use right shift)?

12. Puzzles:

    • 100 Prisoners with Red/Black Hats
    • Completion of Task
