I have recently given a Personal interview for Airtel company (Graduate Engineer Trainee). And I will tell my experience through this article.

There are only two rounds for the Airtel company selection process for Graduate Engineer Trainees.

  • Group Discussion Round
  • Personal Interview Round

My Airtel’s Company interview was on-campus in offline mode. First, my resume was shortlisted and Then the children whose resumes they had shortlisted, they are in offline mode for further processing.

Group Discussion: We had a group discussion round in which there was a group of 8-8 children. and he gave the Topic: e-learning startup for discussion. He gave us 5 minutes to think, then we all started the discussion together. I was getting very nervous at starting of the group discussion but I well thought about the main points of the e-learning startup and after 2-3 children spoke, I spoke my points. I spoke for 2-3 minutes about the pros and challenges of e-learning. After 10 minutes Then our GD round is over. When all the group rounds were over, the list of shortlisted children came. And I was so happy when I saw my name on the shortlisted student list.

Then I got a call for a personal interview.

Interview: It started with an introduction And I gave my introduction in the middle of this intro, I talked about my project based on web development. after that, I explained my project briefly.

After that, he started asking me questions from

  • Networking
  • TCP IP Protocol
  • Protocol Working
  • Internet Protocol Version

Primary topics from where the interviewer was asking

  • TCP IP
  • Application Layer

My overall interview went very well then he asked about Airtel company and me.

  • Who is the CEO of Airtel company
  • 5 reasons why you join Airtel company
  • Weakness and strength
  • Hobbies

Actually, they are looking for a young & dynamic talent who is enthusiastic to learn about networks & technology. Incredible individuals who love to strive to provide our customers with best-in-class network experience. This team provides support to the field team at all times & ensures fast & defect-free solutions.

My interview went very well But then he asked if you are comfortable doing a job in Haryana (Manesar). and then I refused that I am not comfortable working in Haryana Manesar. Because I did not have the desire to do a job in Haryana, that’s why I decided to refuse.

Then my interview was over. My interview lasted at least 30 minutes. The overall interview experience is good. I hope you got some help from this article on the topic of AIRTEL (Graduate Engineer Trainee) interview experience On-Campus.

Thank You.
