As these companies want to achieve a lot they do not keep a check on employees’ personal life which can cause trouble in the future.

6. Workload

New opportunities bring new responsibilities and with that comes much workload. In new companies, there is often one person doing several tasks which can create an excessive load on one person. Stress and burnout are common among people working in a start-up as they have to work for longer hours beyond their skill set.

In case you’re not willing to go out on a limb or take risks, don’t join a startup.
