Images have become an inseparable part of our life, but one question always comes to mind, what these images are made of, so the simple answer is pixels which are actually the colour dots. Hence an image consists of a large number of color dots and because of this, it is obvious that different image capturing and producing devices have different capabilities which result in inconsistent colors. This problem was solved by color image encoding system which sets a standard to use IIC based color management workflow. The two software which are used for color management of images are Adobe RGB and sRGB, so let’s compare the two software.

Adobe RGB is a color space computer software which was built by Adobe Incorporation in 1998. It was built with the purpose of confining nearly all the colors on CMYK printers. This software was able to display 16.7 million colors. The latest version of Adobe RGB was released in 2007.
