Interview experience:

Company: ADF Data Science Pvt. Ltd
Date : 19.9.19
Time: 9am – 6.30 pm
Strength: 133
Department: B.Tech IT
Role : Software Engineer

TIME – 9 am -10 am

Pre-placement talks.


TIME – 10 am – 10.45 am

Written coding round.

TIME -10.45am – 11.45am

Apptitude test( quant 15 + logical 15 + english 15)

NOTE : They selected the people whose code is clear with comments.(I think so)

Result came.

1.40 pm – They Shortlisted  11 from 133.

2 pm

Technical interview 1:

It was a code review test.

The code that we wrote in the 1st round is asked for logics and if there is any mistake we will be allowed to rewrite the code.

(after an hour, all 11 attended the code review)

3.30 pm – results came for technical interview 1

6 were selected from 11.

3.30pm – Technical round 2

It was a technical interview.

I got some questions from oops( compile time and run time polymorphism & interface & friend in cpp) and a query from mysql(join).

(They check the deep knowledge in the basics)

4.30 pm- results came

3 were shortlisted from the six.

5.00pm -Technical interview 3

I was asked about resume and a query in sql( a query using max and limit functions) and some general topics and finally coin change problem. I gave the interviewer a dynamic programming approach.

6.30 – results came

2 of 3 were placed

I was one of the 2 got placed.

Then we get to see the HR and all the panel members who are the workers of ADF.
(They are very friendly and I personally liked all of them).

They offered intern + full time to both of us.

Verdict: Placed.

NOTE : This is the 30th company i am attending.I almost cleared 15 1st round and also got to sat in 10 interviews. Iwas rejected in 2 HR rounds. So don’t worry. Just work hard and you will get the success. Don’t worry of failing and rejection.
