Accenture has the same process for Associate Software Engineer(ASE) and Full Stack Engineer(FSE).

There are only 2 rounds in total:

Round 1 (Written Test) The written test has 3 sub levels

  1.   Cognitive and Technical Assessment (90 mins)
  2.   Coding Assessment (45mins)
  3.   Verbal Assessment (20 mins)

The test is quite simple and there is no certain cut-off mark, but a minimum of 50-60% would be assuring to be shortlisted into the next round.

Round 2 (Face-to-Face Interview): This round lasts from a minimum of 20mins to a maximum of 45mins.

The number of technical questions is quite less, the interview is basically a discussion about your resume. The more you could talk about it, the more chances you get on acing the interview. The interview was the same for both ASE and FSE candidates, the difference is within the candidate. The candidates who had a resume with various co-curricular achievements and were able to talk about it were considered for the FSE role.

Suggestion: Try talking casually with the interviewer and be a little chatty and it is alright to say that you don’t know when you are not aware of the answer.

All the best!!
