Accenture Interview Experience for ASE (On-Campus) 2023

Accenture conducted a campus drive in our college for the 2023 batch students by sending the job description and the registration link via E-mail on 15th August 2022. After registering we were sent a mail for profile creation in the Accenture portal, after submitting all the required credentials in the job portal we received a mail for attending the mock test on 1st September 2022, after attending the mock test we got a mail for choosing the assessment slots (we had to choose between two given dates either 5th or 6th September and each date had 3 different slots. I chose 6th September for attempting the test)  followed by receiving a mail regarding admit card on 5th September 2022. 

Round-1 (Cognitive & Technical Assessment): On 5th September I got a mail for attempting the first round of the hiring process which was Cognitive & Technical Assessment.

1. Exam Date: 6th September 2022 (Time: 6 PM).
2. Exam Platform: Safe Exam Browser – hire pro.  (Make sure you check the compatibility of the system).
3. Time Allotted: 90 minutes.
4. Difficulty: Medium to Hard.
5. Topics: Quantitative, English Ability, Reasoning, Pseudo Code, Networking, Cloud, MS office.

Note: This is an elimination round. If you fail to qualify you will no longer be able to participate for the rest.

After waiting for 2 minutes I got a notification that I was eligible for the second round.

Round 2 (Coding Assessment):

1. Exam Date: 6th September 2022
2. Number of Questions: 2
3. Time Allotted: 45 minutes
4. Difficulty: 1 medium (Array) and 1 hard (DP)

Note:  Again this is an elimination round so try to solve at least 1 question and make sure that it passes all the test cases.

After clearing the Coding Assessment I got a notification from them where they stated that they will send the link for Communication Assessment, after that on 8th September I received an E-mail for Communication Round.

Round-3 (Communication Assessment): On 8th September I got a mail regarding the same. The assessment link was active from Tuesday, September 06, 2022, 12:00:00 AM till Friday, September 09, 2022, 11:55:00 PM. 

1. Time Allotted: 30 minutes
2.  This is not an Elimination Round
3. This is an automated round. It had 6 sections with the varying time required for each candidate to attend each question. The sections are Reading Sentences (8 ques), Listening (16 ques), Questions and Answers (24 ques), Jumbled Sentences (10 ques), Retelling Story in your own words (3 ques), Speaking on a given topic (2 ques).

Note: Make sure that you are in a quiet environment while appearing for this round, use earphones with good microphones, and ensure proper internet connectivity.

Round-4 (Online Interview): On 10th September I got a mail regarding slot booking for appearing in the interview wherein I chose 12th September (Time: 11 AM) as my slot.

1. Duration of Interview: 27 minutes
2. Hardness Level: Easy.

The interviewer welcomed me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and then he introduced himself to me, after that the actual interview started.

Questions:

1.  Introduce yourself
2. Your Favorite Subject 
3. Project Discussion & questions related to the same
4. What kind of challenges did you face in your project and how did you overcome it?
5. Describe your journey of engineering and whether are you enjoying it.
6.  Any Certifications?
7. Difference between LAN & WAN.
8. Any productive things you’ve done during lockdown?
9. Any questions for me?

After 13 days (25th September) I got the results

Verdict: SELECTED!!!! BUT MY OFFER GOT REVOKED BY ACCENTURE ON MARCH 2023 AND THEY GAVE NO VALID REASONS FOR IT!!!! SO MY FINAL VERDICT IS NEVER EVER CONSIDER OF WORKING IN MASS COMPANIES AS YOUR ONLY DREAM. ALWAYS AIM HIGHER.
