I recently attended to Accenture online interview. The Accenture on-campus interview consists of 3 rounds.

Written test: The written test consists of MCQs which will be based on networking, MSOffice, reasoning, os, and English. The cutoff for this round will be based on each section’s marks. If we meet that criteria we get the message and also mail that we are qualified in this round within 5 minutes. After this round, I have gone through the coding round. In this round, they have given two codes which is an easy level. A person who knows basic programming and logical thinking can easily crack this round. I wrote two codes in 15mins. This round is not an elimination round. Even people who didn’t crack this round are eligible for the next round.

Communication Round: We have to speak with the bot based on the given topics and instructions. This round mainly concentrates on our speaking ability, listening, and pronunciation.

Interview: I received mail for an interview after 2days and was given the to select my slot on a given date. I selected for the 11 am slot. I joined the lobby at 10:50 am, but the interviewer came at 2 pm. The interview went very friendly and easy. It started with an interviewer introduction and next went with my self-introduction. The interviewer asked me about my projects and asked me to explain about team management I did during my project, and the obstacles I faced during the project. He asked some hr questions like what if you faced a situation where no one is there to help you, how you face the situation? Overall, the interview is very easy if we have some good project to explain and good communication skills.

After 1week I got an email from Accenture that I got selected????.
