_VOIS Interview Experience for Graduate Engineer Trainee (Off-Campus) 2022

I applied In _VOIS for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee in March 2022. _VOIS is a technology unit of Vodafone.

There was four rounds Assessment, Group Discussion, Technical Interview, and HR interview

The first round was assessment, there were 50 questions on aptitude, logical reasoning, and English. The questions were basic but we have to score high within the given 60 minutes.

After a week of assessment, I got selection mail from HR and a call for the Group Discussion Round. In GD there were 15 people and the topic was E-learning v/s Traditional learning. they gave us time to get an idea about it and then the discussion started. We have to say our points in a limited time in an effective way.

Within a week I got mail for a technical interview. The interviewer asked a lot about my skills. Some questions are as follows

• Tell me about yourself
• What is your final year project( we discussed it for around 5 minutes)
• What is BIOS
• And many questions from DBMS and SQL are mentioned in my resume 
• Some situation Based questions were also asked to check my problem-solving ability

This interview ended in around 25 minutes

After the TR round, I got mail for the HR round. In the HR round they asked lots of questions about the technical, situation based also. They asked a good amount of basic and common HR questions. HR interview completed in 20 minutes.

I got selection mail and a full-time offer from the company as Graduate Engineer Trainee.
